| On July 1, 2026, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Leong and Olguin-Leon arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) visit. LPAs met with Licensee Saran Chuluun and explained the purpose of the visit.
Two adults (the licensee and the licensee’s assistant) were present in the home caring for two infants and two preschool-aged children. Both adults have criminal record clearances on file.
On June 11, 2026, the facility was issued two deficiencies related to infant safe sleep:
· Infants were observed sleeping with the door closed, and
· Loose items were found inside one of the cribs while an infant was sleeping.
During today’s visit, the facility was observed to be in compliance with both previously cited deficiencies. The designated infant cribs were found free of loose items. The door to the napping room was found closed; however, no children were napping during the visit.
Both deficiencies issued on June 11, 2026, will be marked as corrected.
The large license application is still pending fire clearance from the local fire authority.
The licensee understands that she must follow Small FCCH capacity regulations until the large license is approved.
There were no deficiencies cited at this time.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Saran Chuluun.
