On April 9, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Sheran Lo conducted a case management inspection and met with Director Rosa Palafox. This is a follow up visit for an Unusual Incident that was submitted 4/2/24. Purpose of the inspection was explained to Director. Present were Director and 8 Teachers caring for 32 children.

LPA interviewed staff during the inspection. Based on interviews and the facility internal investigation, no violation was found. Conclusion meeting with parents and Facility Representatives have been scheduled.

No Deficiencies were given today.

Exit interview was conducted with Director Rosa Palafox and report was provided.

Notice of Site Visit was provided and will be posted for 30 days.
