25 | On September 17, 2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Leong and Van conducted an unannounced Plan of Correction (POC) inspection. LPAs met with Licensee Munkhzaya Sengee (S1) and explained the purpose of the inspection.
During the inspection, two adults, the licensee and her assistant, were present in the home, caring for eleven children: four infants, six preschool-aged children, and the licensee's son (six years old). For today's inspection, the facility was observed to be within capacity limits and ratios.
LPAs observed that the Notice of Site Visit from August 26, 2025, was posted in the home.
The POC visit was to follow up with the ten Type B deficiencies that were cited on August 26, 2025
The following deficiencies were cited on August 26, 2025:
- Copies of any licensing report that documents any Type A deficiency. - - Evidence of a current tuberculosis clearance. - - Fireplaces and open face heaters shall be screened to prevent access by children. - - Poisons, detergents, cleaning compounds, medicines, firearms and other items which could pose a danger if readily available to children shall be stored where they are inaccessible to children. - An infant shall not be swaddled while in care. - If the infant is sleeping in a separate room from where the provider is stationed, the door to the room the infant is sleeping in shall remain open at all times. - A licensed child day care provider, administrator, or employee of a licensed child day care facility shall complete the mandated reporter training. - A person shall not be employed or volunteer at a family day care home if he or she has not been immunized against influenza, pertussis, and measles. - The licensee shall document each child's immunizations. - Documentation of time of each 15-minute sleep checks for infants.
Based on record review and observations during today's visit, all deficiencies listed above have been corrected. All deficiencies listed above will be cleared during today's visit.
A Notice of Site Visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Licensee, Munkhzaya Sengee.
