Licensing Program Analysts, LPAs Yee and Tso conducted a visit to close a complaint. The purpose of the visit was explained. There are 2 helpers and 11 children. The licensee, Helen was not present upon arrival. The licensee arrived 25 minutes later.

Duing the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed RP, owner, staff members, children and parents. Although the allegation of ‘staff yelled at day care child in care’ may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.

This report was explainted to the licensee. Report must be made available for public review upon request. Notice of Site Visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
