On March 26, 2024 at approximately 9:15am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Ly conducted an Unannounced Case Management Visit regarding Lead Testing in the drinking water and met with Lead Teacher, Tammy Zhao during the visit. Purpose of the inspection was explained. There were 4 children 1 staff member present during today's visit.

Based on the information collected from facility during Annual Visit on 12/08/2023, facility representatives provided a print out stating building was completed October 2022 and does not need to conduct lead testing for drinking and food preparation water. During today's visit, facility was provided with a "San Francisco Property Information Map" indicating property with the address 1943 Stockton Street, 1945 Stockton Street and 1947 Stockton Street, San Francisco, CA 94143 were built in 1967. Facility has been advised to follow the Written Directive to complete Lead Testing.

Assembly Bill (AB) 2370, Chapter 676, Statutes of 2018, requires all licensed Child Care Centers (CCCs) constructed before January 1, 2010, to test their water (used for drinking and food preparation) for lead contamination before January 1, 2023, and then every 5-years after the date of the first test.

For child care center licenses issued after July 1, 2022, the licensee shall test their water for lead within 180 days of licensure pursuant to Written Directives section 101700 (PIN 21-21.1-CCP).

A copy of this report was discussed and left with the Lead Teacher whose signature on this form confirm receipt of these report. Notice of Site Visit was provided. Notice to remain posted for 30 days.
