Licensing Program Analyst, LPA Yee conducted a case management visit today. Present at the facility are the licensee, Yushan, and 2 infants. The facility has requested to increase its capacity from a small FCCH to a large FCCH. Per Yushan fire Marshall inspected the facility in 5/2024. However, the licensing department has not received the fire clearance approval.

Daycare areas (lower level): daycare room, nap room, half bathroom and backyard. LPA inspected the daycare areas and approved.

LPA discussed the safe sleep and capacity worksheet.


Prior to approval, fire clearance is needed.
