On May 10, 2023., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Van conducted unannounced case management and met with the licensee, Dangui Situ, The Purpose of this inspection was to incorporate the deck on the back and the backyard area into the daycare. Today, the Licensee and helper supervised 3 children.

LPA inspects the current daycare areas and the new request backyard for health and safety hazards. LPA observed that the backyard is clean, orderly, and completely fenced. The children’s play structure and equipment are in good repair and clean. Licensee fenced off dangerous plants and gardening equipment to an off-limit area of the yard. The licensee has installed artificial grass and soft padding cushions in the yard to prevent fall injuries.

As of May 10, 2023, the deck and backyard area are now incorporated into the daycare. The Licensee read and signed the report. Today's report and site visit notice was provided to the Licensee. LPA informed the Licensee that the site visit notice must be posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
