25 | Licensing Program Analyst, LPA Yee conducted a pre-licensing inspection today. LPA, the applicant, Liting Liu, applicant's husband toured the entire house for health and safety hazards. Current residents are Liting Li, her husband, and their two sons. Days and hours of operation: Monday to Friday between 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
Day Care Areas: living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. Off-limit areas: both bedrooms; the entire attic rooms, basement rooms and part of the yard. The applicant, Liting Liu and her husband owns this home. The control of the property is on file. The home is equipped with a carbon monoxide detector, and a smoke detector. LPA advised them to conduct emergency drills once every six months and keep a log sheet.
CPR and 1st aid are current until 03/2025. The facility does not have a body of water such as a swimming pool, or hot tub. No pets. Discipline policy was discussed. The facility will provide morning snacks, afternoon snacks, and lunches. The gate is used to prevent children from going to the off limit areas.
LPA review AB 1207 with the Licensee. As of January 1, 2018, all staff members are required to complete Mandated Reporter Training every two years. The training can be obtained online at www.mandatedreporterca.com. Applicant completed AB 1207 on 03-08-22. A certificate is on file.
