25 | ***Amended document***
***On January 9, 2026, the amended document was given to the licensee, Batjargal Jimsee.***
On January 8, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Leong arrived at the facility to conduct an unannounced annual inspection. LPA met with Licensees Batjargal Jimsee and Jimsee Chuluun, and explained the purpose of the inspection.
During the inspection, the two licensees were providing care and supervision to three infants. The facility was observed to be operating within the licensed capacity and ratio requirements.
Background check clearances have been granted by the California Department of Social Services (CDSS) for the two licensees, authorizing their presence in the facility.
The facility operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Licensing documents are posted on the bulletin board and available for review. Emergency disaster drills were not conducted and documented within a six-month period, resulting in two technical violations. According to the two licensees, the last emergency disaster drill was completed in March 2025 and was not documented. LPA reminded the two licensees that emergency disaster drills must be conducted and documented every six months.
Childcare areas include Large Living room, Small Living Room, Bathroom #1
Off-limits areas include Kitchen, Dining area and Bedroom #1 and #2, back yard, back yard unit and entire downstairs area. The licensees understand that these off-limits areas may not be used for childcare during business hours.
The home environment was clean, well-ventilated, and maintained at a comfortable temperature. Age-appropriate furniture, toys, and learning materials were available and in good condition. Electrical outlets were secured and covered by furniture and a children’s shelf. Hazardous items, including cleaning supplies and chemicals, were stored in areas inaccessible to children. A fireplace was covered with a children’s shelf, making it inaccessible.
