On February 4, 2024, Licensing Program Analysts(LPAs) Grace Donato and John Calandra arrived at the facility at 10:00 AM to conduct a Case Management follow up visit to the visit on December 31, 2023. LPA Calandra and LPA Donato met with Administrator, Ferdinand Farol and explained the purpose of the visit.

The LPAs delivered an Amended report from 12/31/2023 and followed up on a check for the Annual fee in 2023 that bounced. The LPAs interviewed the Administrator and learned that the check had bounced likely due to insufficient funds in the account at the time the check was written.

No deficiencies were cited during today's visit.

This report was reviewed with Fernand Farol, Administrator/Licensee and a copy of the report left at the facility.
