25 | On 2/8/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Carla Polanco met with Lead Teacher Delia Meza DaSilva in preschool room #7. The purpose of today's visit was to follow up on a plan of correction for a Type A deficiency cited on 1/18/24. Present were 13 children being supervised by 3 qualified staff members.
LPA observed that child's allergy list had been update and placed in the child's file at the facility. In addition, Lead Teacher stated that Staff has had training pertaining to the child's allergies to prevent any future incidents.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Lead Teacher Delia Meza DaSilva. A notice of site visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during the inspection. |
