During the interviews with childcare staff and parent, no information was disclosed to support the fact that staff were not following admission agreement. The interviews produced conflicting information. During staff’s interview, LPA learned that childcare staff directed childcare children and redirected childcare children as needed while the children were in their cares for classroom management and management of children’s behaviors. Parent who was interviewed expressed satisfaction with the childcare service provided at the childcare center. Based on lack of collaborating information, the LPA is unable to determine whether staff were or were not following admission agreement.
During today’s visit, LPA Nguyen discussed with Facility Representative/Director effective classroom strategies for both classroom management and children’s behavior management.
Based on interviews and record review obtained from the reporting party, LPA David Nguyen determined that the complaint allegation was found to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur at the facility.
Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to Facility Representative/Director, Bonnie Cearley. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
An exit interview was conducted with the Facility Representative/Director, Bonnie Cearley. A notice of site visit was provided and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
