25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kesha Lewis conducted an unannounced Case Management visit to follow up on an two (2) incidents, which occurred on 06/30/23 and 07/01/2023. LPA explained purpose of visit to Administrator.
In both incidents the facility lost power on 6/30/23 the facility lost power for (4) four hours and for (1) hour on 7/1/23. The facility called PG&E and was told the power was out due to heat the whole area around the facility also lost power. facility checked on residents every 30 minutes during the power outage the emergency lights were on and all staff had flashlights. Facility also provided fans for residents.
No Deficiencies were observed.
Exit interview conducted with administrator and a copy of report was given. |
