On January 14, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams met with Facility Representative, Cecilia Sanabria for the purpose of a case management inspection. LPA observed twenty six (napping) preschool children supervised by four staff staff.

LPA toured the facility and discussed an incident that was reported to Community Care Licensing on December 10, 2024 involving a child that had a medical emergency at the center.

LPA made classroom observations and conducted interviews with Director and staff.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative, Cecilia Sanabria . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
