It was alleged that, "due to lack of supervision, a child got hurt while in care" and "that Licensee did not seek medical attention for said injury in a timely manner". LPA learned through interviews with both the Reprting Party and the Licensee that the licensee was not aware that the child got hurt. Per both parties, the child did not notify Licensee of the injury while in care. In addition, it was alleged that, "the Licensee did not ensure children were adequately fed, while in care". Through interviews with the Reporting Party and the Licensee, LPA received conflicting information regarding the terms of the agreement both parties came up with in regards to childrens meals while in care.
