On December 9th, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Nguyen and Licensing Program Manager, (LPM) Chayntel Hunter conducted a case management visit to deliver an Immediate Exclusion Order. LPA and LPM met with Licensee, Diana Quiroga. The employee being served is Santo Avalos. Present today were six (6) children and 2 staff members.

LPA Nguyen served the Exclusion Order to Licensee, Diana Quiroga and Employee, Santo Avalos in person on 12/09/2024. Mr. Avalos is associated with Diana Quiroga Family Child Care Home, License # 393614485. Today the Licensee was advised and understands that the individual listed above cannot be present at this facility. An exit interview was conducted with Licensee, Diana Quiroga.
