On January 14, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Stacey Williams met with Facility Representative, Cecilia Sanabria for the purpose of a case management inspection. LPA observed 5 (napping) infants children supervised by 2 staff.

LPA toured the facility and discussed an incident that was reported to Community Care Licensing on December 10, 2024 involving a child that had a medical emergency at the center.

LPA made classroom observations and conducted interviews with Director and staff.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the Facility Representative, Cecilia Sanabria . A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100..
