On 10/17/24, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elvira Sierra conducted a Plan of Correction (POC) visit and met with Licensee, Norma Madriaga. Present in the facility was License and Licensee’s assistant caring for six children.

During today’s visit LPA inspected daycare areas. Deficiencies cited on 09/13/24 regulation Operation of a Family Child Care Home section 102417(g)(4), Infant Safe Sleep 102425(a)(3), 102425(j)(1) and immunization 102418(a) are corrected and cleared during today’s visit. LPA observed cleaning supplies were moved to an off limit area inaccessible to the children, LPA reviewed children's files and observed a sleeping log in the infant file and also immunization for the children in care. Exit interview conducted. This report, and Appeal of Rights were reviewed and provided to Licensee, Norma Madriaga. Notice of Site visit posted.
