On June 2, 2026, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Deborah Khashe conducted an unannounced visit to deliver findings for the above allegations. LPA disclosed the purpose of the inspection to staff and Facility Representative, Ernestina Ramirez. LPA toured the facility inside and out. LPA observed 45 children present with 12 staff.

It was alleged that staff do not adequately supervise day care children and that staff yell at children. Over the course of the investigation, LPA Khashe conducted 2 unannounced complaint investigation visits on 04/02/26 and on 05/19/26. LPA did not hear any staff yelling and all children were being supervised during the inspections.

During the investigation, LPA Khashe gathered pertinent documentation, conducted file review, conducted staff and parent and child interviews.

Based on the information obtained throughout the course of this investigation the above allegations could not be substantiated or dismissed. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the finding is UNSUBSTAINTIATED.

An exit interview was conducted, a copy of this report was reviewed and provided to Facility Representative, Ernestina Ramirez. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days. Appeal Rights were provided.
