25 | On December 12th, 2023, at 2:25 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) David Nguyen met with Licensee Jer’Nee Williams for the purpose of a case management inspection. The purpose of today's visit is to change the capacity from a small license to large. LPA was granted for entry into the facility by Licensee. Licensee was granted a fire clearance by Stockton Fire Department on 12/8/2023. Licensee's operating hours are Monday through Friday from 5:00 AM. to 4:00 AM. There were seven (7) children present at the start of the inspection.
All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. Licensee was reminded that all adults 18 and over living or working in the home, including employees and volunteers, must obtain a criminal record clearance or exemption, or transfer their existing clearance or exemption, prior to initial presence in a licensed Family Child Care Home. A civil penalty of $100.00 minimum/day up to $500.00 maximum per day/per person will be assessed if this regulation is violated.
LPA toured all areas accessible to children. Toxic and hazardous items are inaccessible to children. The off-limits areas in the home include the entire upstairs, master bedroom and master bathroom downstairs, the laundry room, the attached 2-car garage, the side yard, the covered patio area in the backyard. The off-limits areas will remain inaccessible to daycare children with doorknob covers, baby gates, and SUPERVISION. The on-limits areas in the home include the living room, family room, kitchen, dining area, bathroom in the hallway, and the backyard. Licensee stated that her FCCH houses one (1) outdoor dog.
