25 | On Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at 01:05 pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Elvira Sierra met with Licensee, Denisha Hill for a Case Management inspection. Licensee is requesting to add the backyard of the home to the day care areas. Backyard was previously indicated as off limits. Present in the facility was Licensee and Licensee's mother with 2 children. One of the children was Licensee's own child.
Backyard was inspected today and appear to be safe for children’s use. Backyard is fenced for supervision and is free of any debris or dangerous conditions. On today’s inspection backyard is approved to be used by the daycare children. Also Licensee is requesting to use the front yard for outdoor activities. Licensee was advised that 100% supervision is required in unfenced areas. Licensee stated daycare children will not be using the trampoline that is located in the backyard.
This report was read and reviewed with the Licensee, Danisha Hill and a copy was provided along with a notice site visit which is to be posted for 30 days. |
