A license for a large Family Child Care Home is granted effective today, December 14, 2023. The facility is approved to serve a capacity of 12 children (when there is an assistant present) with no more than 4 infants, or up to 14 children with no more than 3 infants, 1 child enrolled in transitional kindergarten or above, and 1 child at least age 6. Infants are children under the age of 2. Without an assistant present, Licensee must follow regulations for a small Family Child Care Home.
There were no deficiencies cited at this time. An exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee, Shikha Dubey. During the exit interview, Licensee confirmed that there are no registered sex offenders (RSO) living in the facility and LPA completed the RSO profile in the Field Automation System. A notice of site visit was given to Licensee and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. |
