A fire clearance was granted by Manteca Fire Department on 12/21/2022.

A health and safety inspection of the home’s interior and exterior was conducted. The one-story home has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a family room, living room, laundry room, garage, and kitchen area. LPA verified all knives and toxic and hazardous items were inaccessible to children.
