25 | On 01/09/25 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Corina Beckby met with the Licensee, Praveena Nandikanti for the purpose of a case management inspection that was initiated by the Licensee. During today's inspection, there were no children present.
Today's inspection was requested by Licensee to change some “off limit” areas to “on limits”. LPA toured the facility with Licensee. Licensee is requesting the entire backyard become on limits, as well as the Great room and dining room. Medication is stored in a top cabinet, inaccessible to children. Sharp objects are located in the pantry, inaccessible to children. Children will use the great room and dining room to access the backyard. During today's inspection LPA observed an updated facility sketch referring to the new on limit areas.
As of today's date, 01/09/2025, LPA Beckby has approved the great room, dining room and entire backyard as on limit areas. Off-limit rooms are: 2nd floor, garage, pantry, full bathroom downstairs, kitchen, and storage closet. LPA will change the license to reflect the changes that were made.
Facility evaluation report was reviewed and discussed with licensee. Exit interview was conducted. A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. Licensee was advised she will be sent a new license to display in her home. |
