A health and safety inspection was conducted in all areas accessible to children. The facility is a detached two-story and single-family home consists of four (4) bedrooms, two and half (2.5) bathrooms, a loft, and an attached 2-car garage. The off-limits areas in the home include the entire upstairs, entire backyard, hallway behind the half bathroom, closet under staircase downstair in the hallway, and an attached 2-car garage. Licensee acknowledged that children are never allowed in the off-limit areas. The off-limit areas will remain inaccessible by baby gates, baby latch, and SUPERVISION.
