Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Albert Johnson conducted a health and safety check. LPA spoke with Licensee.

Health and Safety check included overall safety of the facility including food supply, physical plant and staffing. LPA was informed by Licensee that the facility will not be sold and that new staff has been hired to address staffing needs.

No deficiencies were observed pursuant to Title 22 rules and regulations, Health and Safety Codes.
