On 1/23/2025 at 2:30 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Gigi Reyes, and Shane Loftus conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection at the above Child Care Center. LPAs met with Program Director Michele Rolle and Youth Services Coordinator Kaitlin Carillo and discussed the purpose of the inspection. There were 38 children and 4 staff members present.

LPAs and CCC representatives conducted the physical tour of CCC's temporary relocation and measured the part of gymnasium where day care will be temporarily operated. The gymnasium is located on the property of Sinsheimer Elementary School.

Follow up inspection will be conducted once the location is set up for school age day care operation.

Notice of Site Visit was issued and must be posted for 30 days.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Michell Rolle and Kaitlin Carillo.
