On 1/31/2025 at 11:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst, (LPA) Gigi Reyes conducted an unannounced follow up Case Management inspection at the above referenced Child Care Center. LPA met with Youth Services Supervisor, Michelle Rolle, Youth Services Coordinator, Kaitlin Carillo and CCC Director, Renne Torres. The purpose of the inspection was discussed - to assess the temporary relocation classroom for School Age Program. At the time of the inspection, no children were present.. The CCC is located in the premises of Sinsheimer Elementary School.

LPA in the company by Michelle Rolle toured and measured the designated areas within the gymnasium. The temporary space to be licensed includes a section of the gymnasium and the elevated platform in the same location. LPA observed the age appropriate chairs and tables suitable for school age children. Children's bathrooms were also inspected.

Based on the measurement and observation, the temporary relocation classroom within the gymnasium space can accommodate a total capacity of sixty six (66) students and meets the Title 22 Division 12 regulation requirements. The program will continue to use the existing school bathroom and the school outdoor space.

The duration of the program in the temporary location is not yet determined at this time and basically depend once the repair and renovation of the original classroom is done.

No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.

Notice of Site visit was issued and must be posted for 30 days.

Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Youth Services Supervisor, Michelle Rolle.
