On November 16, 2022 at 10:40 am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Francisco Pedroza conducted an unannounced Annual/Random inspection. LPA met with Licensee Josefina Vargas and advised her the purpose of the inspection. LPA observed four (4) children in care and one (1) assistant during the inspection. Report was translated into Spanish by licensee's assistant (daughter).

Licensee has a one story home. Facility is using one (1) room, one (1) bathroom, and the backyard for children in care. LPA did not observed any hazards/toxins accessible to children.
