25 | On March 13, 2024, at 1:05 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Francisca Velazquez and Joaquin Mendez conducted an unannounced Case Management- Incident inspection. The purpose of this report is to document deficiencies observed during today's inspection. LPAs met with Ana Rodarte, Licensee and advised her the purpose of the inspection. LPAs observed nine (9) children being cared by Licensee and Assistant.
Upon arrival, LPAs observed Licensee, assistant and six (6) children playing in the front outdoor yard.
At 1:06 PM, LPAs and Licensee walked into the home and observed three (3) infants napping inside with no adult supervision. LPAs note two (2) infants were napping in cribs and one (1) infant was napping on the floor.
At 1:48 PM, LPAs observed the door to the garage to be open. Licensee reported that the door is broken and therefore can be closed. Inside the garage, LPAs observed cleaning compounds and toxins that can pose a danger to the children in care.
At 1:49 PM, LPAs observed the cabinet under the kitchen sink has cleaning compounds and it is not lock, therefore the cleaning compounds are accessible to children in care.
At 1:51 PM, LPAs observed cleaning compounds under the children's bathroom sink that is not lock, therefore the cleaning compounds are accessible to children in care. Additionally, there were shampoos, conditioners and razors within reach of children in the shower.
At 1:52 PM, LPAs observed the fireplace in the living room is accessible to children in care.
