25 | On 7/1/26, at 10:15 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Matthew Sapien conducted an unannounced annual random inspection at the abovementioned Family Child Care Home (FCCH). LPA met with Stacie Hildebrand, Licensee of the FCCH, and explained the nature and purpose of the inspection. The LPA, in the company of Licensee, toured the entirety of the FCCH. The residence is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom single story residence with a detached studio in the backyard of the property. The areas that are accessible for day care children are as follows: detached studio (main playroom), bathroom (which is within the main playroom), room in the main part of the house, a connected bathroom in the day room, and the entirety of the backyard. The remainder of the home is excluded from childcare services. At the time of the inspection, LPA observed 8 day care children present, one of whom was an infant. LPA also observed two staff assistants (cleared and associated).
LPA observed the FCCH to be clean and in order. The bathrooms which are utilized for childcare were found to be clean and free of toxins. Importantly to note, one bathroom is within the detached studio (main play room) and the other is within the main part of the home. LPA observed chemicals and cleaning solutions stored within a locked bathroom cabinet in the main day care room. Additional supplies are stored within elevated shelf in the laundry room, an area off limits for children in care. In the main classroom, sharps are stored on top of the refrigerator, out of reach of children in care. No children currently use medication. LPA also observed a First Aid Kit in the primary playroom.
LPA observed age-appropriate toys, furnishings, and equipment throughout the indoor play areas. Within areas that are accessible for day care children, LPA did not observe any fireplaces. Licensee informed LPA that there are two larger dogs are present on site, each of whom are vaccinated, however, don't have interactions with children in care.
LPA observed relevant licensing forms and documents posted prominently at the entryway of main playroom. LPA observed a smoke and carbon monoxide detector within the playroom. (CONT. 809-C, Page 2)
