25 | On 1/24/2024 at 1:10PM., Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Luis J. Gomez met with Interim Director, Stacey Ahlf. Purpose of the inspection was explained and was for an unannounced, plan of correction inspection. Present was the director and 7 staff supervising for 27 children. Children present had been properly signed in. LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards.
During inspection, LPA conducted record review, observations, and interviews.
Per interim director, on 1/17/2024, a staff meeting was held with all personnel to review Departments resource videos regarding child supervision.
Interim director stated teachers now utilize a roll call system for transitions, which includes a name-to-face procedure. Interim director stated during afternoon pick up, children are escorted by staff into the classroom by a ‘runner’, ensuring constant supervision and proper ratios at all times.
The (LIC500), personnel roster was submitted during inspection.
Deficiency issued on 1/10/2024, has been cleared and ‘Cleared Plan of Correction Letter’ was provided to facility.
Based on today's inspection, no deficiencies were observed in the areas evaluated according to the Title 22 Division 12, Chap. 1 code of regulations. Exit interview and report was discussed with Interim Director, Stacey Ahlf. Interim Director’s signature of this form acknowledges receipt of these documents.
