13 | On March 5, 2025, at approximately 8:55am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Maria Olguin-Leon conducted a subsequent unannounced visit to the facility to deliver investigation findings in response to the above allegation that was made to the Child Care Licensing Division (CCLD) on 1/17/2025. LPA met with Director Michelle Lee and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during today’s inspection were 50 preschool age children being supervised by 10 staff. All staff observed during today's inspection have criminal background clearances and associated to facility.
During today’s visit, LPA conducted a health and safety inspection, conducted observations, and conducted interviews.
During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted both staff and parent interviews, conducted health and safety inspections, and received pertinent documentation. LPA determined that based on the information obtained there is not sufficient evidence to prove the allegation: Staff did not prevent child from harming other children in care.
Although the allegation above may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the above allegation are UNSUBSTANTIATED.
Upon receipt of this report, Notice of Site Visit shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. Failure to maintain postings as required, will result in an immediate $100 civil penalty. This report is public and can be reviewed.
Exit interview was conducted, report was reviewed with Director Michelle Lee. Copy of report and appeal rights were provided.
