25 | On January 13th, 2025 at approximately 11:20am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Tapia-Mandujano conducted an unannounced, plan of correction (POC) visit. LPA explained the purpose of the visit to licensee. Present in the home are licensee and assistant supervising 8 children (2 infants and 6 preschoolers). On this day, facility is operating within capacity limits. All adults present and/or living in the home have fingerprint clearance and are associated.
On October 22nd, 2024, LPA conducted an annual inspection. During the inspection, LPA determined facility had been operating over capacity with 8 children (4 infants and 4 preschooler) with only the assistant present. Licensee arrived about 15 minutes later bringing the facility back within capacity limits. LPA issued a Type A citation for facility operating over licensed capacity limits with no additional assistant being present. A POC was developed with licensee. As well as capacity limits were explained to licensee. LPA received a letter from licensee acknowledging capacity limits. LPA has cleared the deficiency of over capacity as of today.
LPA conducted a health and safety inspection. During today's inspection, LPA observed Notice of Site Visit posted with Type A reports, as well as observed that parents signed LIC 9224 'Acknowledgment of of Receipt of Licensing Reports'.
No deficiencies were cited today under CCR, Title 22, Div. 12, Chapt. 1.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with License, Maria Isabel Andino and copy of this report was provided. Report was translated into Spanish by LPA Tapia-Mandujano to licensee. |
