LPA met with Assistant Director, Myrna Trujillo, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during today’s visit was Assistant Director and one staff member caring for 14 preschool age children. All staff present have criminal background clearances and associated with facility. Facility is operating within capacity.
During the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, observations and reviewed pertinent documentation that was received. LPA determined that based on the information obtained there is not sufficient evidence to prove that Licensee handles children roughly. Although the allegation above may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore, the above allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED.
