25 | On 1/12/2026 at 8:45AM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luis Gomez and met with Assistant Director, Magali Corona. Director, Reshmi Weinhauer arrived during inspection. The purpose of visit was explained and was for an unannounced, plan of correction inspection established on 12/23/2025. Present was the director, assistant director, and 8 staff supervising 31 children. LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards.
During inspection, director submitted teacher resource regarding staff-child communication strategies. This document, in both Spanish and English Languages, provides several example scenarios for staff, for use of positive word choices, tones, and language inside the classroom. This resource also provides alteratives to “don’t” and “no”, replacing them with more constructive/ school appropriate language. Per director, these are on-going expectation for staff and they have received their own personal copies. The center director submitted sign in sheet showing staff's participation in the training.
The deficiency issued on 12/23/2025 is now cleared, and 'letter of deficiency citation cleared' was provided.
Based on today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited in areas evaluated according to Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1).
An exit interview and facility evaluation report was discussed with Director, Reshmi Weinhauser. Director's signature of this form acknowledges receipt of these documents.
