25 | On 7/9/2025 at 10:25AM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luis Gomez and met with Director, Reshmi Weinhauser. The purpose of inspection was explained and was for an unannounced, plan of correction inspection established on 6/23/2025. Present was the director and 10 staff supervising 45 child. LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards.
During inspection, director submitted updated LIC500, Personnel Roster with the staff- classroom assignments.
LPA observed the following: The toddler classroom had been separated into two groupings of 10 and 6 children, respectively. Per director, groupings do not exceed 12 children, and a lead teacher is assigned to each grouping.
Deficiency issued has been cleared, and 'letter of deficiency citation cleared' was provided.
Based on today's inspection, no deficiencies were cited in areas evaluated according to Title 22, California Code of Regulations (CCR, Title 22, Division 12, Chapter 1).
An exit interview and facility evaluation report was discussed with Director, Reshmi Weinhauser. Director's signature of this form acknowledges the receipt of these documents.
