25 | On 10/10/2025 at 8:50AM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Luis Gomez and met with Director, Reshmi Weinhauer. The purpose of inspection was explained and was for an unannounced, plan of correction inspection established on 10/2/2025. Present was the licensee and 9 staff caring for 30 children. LPA inspected facility for health and safety hazards.
During inspection, LPA conducted record review, observation, and interview.
Per director, staff meeting was held on 10/8/2025, and 10/9/2025 to discuss appropriate behavior intervention strategies with children.
Per director, the meeting included a video regarding positive/ productive language for staff to use with children. Resources provided classroom strategies (teaching pyramid) for staff, such as changing the classroom environment, using calm/ consistent responses to behaviors, making observation and taking notes, and, eliminating all form of corporal/ physical punishment in responses to behaviors.
Director submitted copy of training resources and staff sign-in sheet.
During visit, deficiency issues during annual inspection was cleared, and 'letter of deficiency citation cleared' was provided to licensee.
An exit interview, and facility evaluation report was discussed with Director, Reshmi Weinhauer. Director’s signature of this form acknowledges the receipt of these documents.
