Due to COVID-19, field visits are suspended at this time.

Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Andrea Medlin conducted conclusionary complaint visit via tele-inspection. Additional information reviewed including staff records and schedules. LPA is unable to determine if there are any particular staff that are unqualified based on insufficent information provided in complaint. There are preschool classrooms that range in age served from two to five year old children. Each classroom ranged in groups size of approx 10-12 children over the last few months with exception to one classroom which recently re-opened with 3 children. Each classroom has adequate amount of staff coverage. According to director, all staff are fully qualifed teachers with either ECE units, BA degree, or other qualified educational requirements for a teacher. Since there are no specific staff names provided by reporting party in the complaint, there is insufficient available information.

Although the allegations may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. This report is reviewed with director and provided via email.
