25 | On September 29, 2021 at 10:20am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Catrina Quimbo conducted an unannounced Annual Required inspection. LPA met with Licensee, Tatiana Lozinscaia and explained purpose of inspection. Licensee speaks Russian and contacted a translator (T1) for LPA and Licensee to communicate.
Present in home were the Licensee and 4 enrolled children (4 infants). Licensee is operating within capacity requirements on this day. All adults living and/or working in the home have a criminal record clearance on file. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 6:00pm.
At approximately 10:40am, T1 arrived to facility to translate for Licensee. Licensee rents the two story home. The home consists of four bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, dining area, kitchen, backyard, and garage. The DAY CARE AREAS are bedroom #1, bedroom #2 bedroom #3, bathroom #1, bathroom #2, kitchen, dining area, and backyard . The OFF-LIMIT AREAS are bedroom #4 (located on lower level of home) and garage. All off limit areas are properly barricaded with child safety gates and/or locked doors.
At approximately 10:50am, LPA toured day care areas of home with T1. LPA observed home to be in good repair with proper temperature and ventilation. There were a variety of age appropriate toys and equipment in the home which were in good condition. There were no pools, spas or bodies of water on the property. Outdoor area is equipped with age appropriate toys and materials that are in good working condition. All cleaning supplies, poisons and other chemicals were stored inaccessible to children behind child safety locked cabinets.
