25 | On March 14, 2024, at approximately 8:40pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Janet Gil conducted an unannounced, plan of correction (POC) visit. LPA met with licensee, Cristina (Gloria) Jameson, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during today's visit included licensee and her assistant(mother).
On March 7, 2024, at approximately 9:00am, LPA Gil conducted an unannounced, annual inspection. During annual inspection, licensee was issued two Type A citations for operating over licensed capacity limits, operating with 6 infants (under 24 months), one preschooler, and an un-fingerprinted adult working in the home. Licensee was also issued three Type B citations for not logging infant sleep logs, having no accessible vaccination records for staff, and no current mandated reporter training for all staff. Licensee has turned in all Mandated Reporter training and sleep logs. Staff is still in the process of obtaining vaccination records. A POC was discussed with licensee.
As of this date, LPA observed licensee to be operating with 5 children (4 infants and 1 preschool age). During visit, LPA also observed cribs infants to be napping in to be free of loose articles or materials with tight fitted sheets. Per licensee, she purchased new sheets for all playpens after last annual visit. The un-fingerprinted adult has also completed live scan process and is waiting for fingerprint clearance. She was not present during POC visit. During visit, LPA also observed Notice of Site Visit to be properly posted and available for review.
LPA confirmed licensee to be operating within licensed capacity limits on this date.
Deficiencies cited on March 14, 2024, have been cleared during today's visit. LPA provided licensee with POC letters. No deficiencies were cited today.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
