25 | On December 13th, 2024, at approximately 1:10 PM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Janet Gil conducted an unannounced, plan of correction (POC) visit. LPA met with licensee, Cristina (Gloria) Jameson, and explained the purpose of the visit. Present during today's visit included licensee and her assistant(mother) and 6 enrolled children (3 infants and 3 Preschoolers).
On December 6th, 2024, at approximately 2:10 PM, LPA Gil conducted an unannounced, annual inspection. During annual inspection, licensee was issued one Type A citation for operating over licensed capacity limits, operating with 5 infants (under 24 months), and 5 preschoolers. Licensee was also issued one Type B citation for missing LIC 995's in children's paperwork. A POC was discussed with licensee.
As of this date, LPA observed licensee to be operating with 6 children (3 infants and 3 preschool age). LPA observed all children files had LIC 995 during inspection. During visit, LPA also observed Notice of Site Visit to be properly posted and available for review.
LPA confirmed licensee to be operating within licensed capacity limits on this date.
Deficiencies cited on December 6th, 2024, have been cleared during today's visit. LPA provided licensee with POC letters. Licensee was given a civil penalty for a repeat violation. Licensee was issued a Type A deficiency on March 7th, 2024 for facility operating over capacity. No deficiencies were cited today.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
