Per assistant director, toys and materials are sanitized daily. LPA observed cleaning solutions and chemicals to be made inaccessible behind child safety locked cabinets and/or in facility's high shelves.
Storage for children's belongings are located inside the facility, labeled with children's individual names. Children sleep in facility on cots. Sheets are provided by the program. Blankets are provided by children's families that are sent home to be laundered weekly or as needed. Per assistant director, cots are sanitized weekly or as needed as well. LPA observed cots to be labeled with children's individual names. LPA also observed cots, sheets and blankets to be appropriately stored so that they are not touching each other.
