Licensing Program Analysts and LPAs conducted a follow-up visit today. Present at the facility are 8 staff members and 37 children. The following citations cited on 06/11/2024 have been corrected.
1) 101428(7): Infant Care Personal Services: The changing table and pads shall be disinfected after each use even when disposal covers are used and received a "plan of correction" on 06/17/2024.
2) 101216.4(a)(2) Preschool Program with Toddler Component. Received "plan of correction" on 06/13/2024.
3) 101238(a) Buildings and Grounds: Received "plan of correction" on 06/17/2024".
4) 1596.955(a)(3)A ratio of six children to each teacher is maintained for all children in attendance at the toddler program and received "plan of correction" on 06/13/2024.
