32 | Last emergency drill was conducted on March 18, 2022. Sign-in/out sheets are done electronically. The center has a complete electronic record of sign-in/out sheets by authorized pickup person. There is a working fire alarm system and sprinkler system throughout the center. There is a working smoke and carbon monoxide detector, a fully charged fire extinguisher, and a working telephone available on-site.
Ten children records were reviewed and complete. All children have a record of emergency identification information on file. Each child has an individual infant safe sleep plan in file.
Deficiencies cited today under California Code of Regulations, Title 22, Division 12, which follows on LIC 809-D.
LPA Marie Rodriguez informed facility representative Bonnie Li that this report dated April 14, 2023 document(s) 1 Type A citation which shall be posted for 30 consecutive days as there is an immediate risk to the health, safety, or personal rights of children in care.
Also, LPA Marie Rodriguez informed the facility representative to provide a copy of this licensing report dated April 14, 2023 that documents any Type A citation to parents/guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification.
An annual continuation will be completed at a later date.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
