1. Conduct staff trainings periodically on developmentally appropriate ways of discplining and managing children.
2. Teachers will submit a daily observations and reflections form noting any incidents or challenges in the classroom.

14 | Based on record review and interviews conducted, it was confirmed that, at least, on one occasion, a child was made to sit seperately from the rest of the class for being disruptive at lunch time and on another occasion, child was asked to put their head down for being disruptive at circle time. | 8

14 | Director submitted a written note to LPAs with the actions taken since the complaint was recieved. The note also included a copy of the " Daily Observations and Reflections" form that teachers must submit at the end of the day to ensure timely documentation and handling of classroom challenges. Director will email a copy of staff training and meetings attendance. |
