25 | On 8/17/2026 at 1:20PM., Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Luis Gomez met with Licensee, Lucas Crispim. The purpose of today’s visit was explained and was for an unannounced, annual/ random inspection. Present were both licensees caring for 9 children (3 infant-age, 6 preschool -age). All adults have criminal record clearances on file. The provider’s home is a three bedroom, two bathroom, two level house. The days and hours of operations are: Monday- Friday, 7:30AM- 5:00PM. Childcare services are provided on the first level of the home. The areas of the home designated for childcare are: First Level: Playroom, bedroom #3 (Napping Only), Backyard, and Second Level: Bathroom #1. The areas of the home designated as off limits are: Upper Level: Bedroom #1, Bedroom #2, Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room, and Deck. Lower Level: Garage and Bathroom #2. LPA inspected facility indoors and outdoors, for health and safety hazards.
At 1:35PM., The following was observed: Facility clean and neat with age-appropriate playthings/ materials available for the children. All floors and ground surfaces were clear of obstructions or hazards. The furniture and playthings inspected were in good repair, free of sharp corners or splintered edges. The bathroom, located on second level, was observed clean with adequate supplies for handwashing. LPA observed a changing table available for the staff to use as necessary. The playroom has several chairs and table, scaled to the appropriate size. The off-limits areas, including staircase, have been made inaccessible with child safety gate.
For napping services/ scheduled rest, LPA observed several cots and cribs in facility. Per licensee, linens and blankets are washed once per week by facility.
LPA reminded licensee to remove added padding from sides of infant crib. The licensee removed padding during inspection. Per licensee, he installed the item as added precaution to prevent lower body injury. Advisory Note: Technical Violation (LIC9102TV) was issued. The home was maintained at a comfortable temperature, was well-lit and had sufficient ventilation. The facility was equipped with a telephone service (cell phone); functioning smoke detector/ carbon monoxide combination detector; and fully charged- fire extinguisher (3A40BC).
