25 | A Case Management Inspection was conducted by LPA S. Mendoza-Ceja who met with the Director Jody Carmichael. LPA advised the purpose of today's inspection was to review the incident that which reported to the Department on 09/12/2023.
Director stated on 09/11/2024, she was informed of an alleged incident which may or may not occurred at the center on 09/08/2023 of inappropriate behavior between child #1 and child #2. Director stated she conducted an internal investigation.
LPA interviewed staff during inspection and conducted inspection of the center.
LPA advised further investigation to be conducted. LPA requested a child care roster be submitted to Licensing for review, including 09/08/2024.
FAILURE TO POST THE NOTICE OF SITE VISIT FOR 30 DAYS MAY RESULT IN $100.00 CIVIL PENALTY. |
