| The CCC provides breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack to infants in care. Incidental Medical Services (IMS) [are not] provided to infants in care at this CCC. The CCC has filtered drinking water available to infants both inside and outside of the facility.
Disinfectants, cleaning solutions, sharps, and other potentially hazardous items were observed in locations accessible to staff members but inaccessible to children in care.
The CCC's infants outdoor playground areas are enclosed by fencing. The entry/exit gates were observed to be secured. The surfaces of the outdoor playground areas are varied. LPA observed age-appropriate play equipment in the outdoor play areas. The play equipment was observed to be free of sharp, loose, or pointed objects. The outdoor playground areas have adequate cushioning material to absorb falls. No bodies of water were observed on site.
During the inspection, LPA measured the on-limit areas and classrooms designated for infant care services.The facility will utilize three classrooms for care: #352 Lavender door, #1204A white door, #1206A yellow door.
Fire clearance was approved by fire Marshal on 9/1/2026.
The total indoor activity space measures 1904.66 square feet, which will accommodate the licensee's current capacity of 40 infants.
The total outdoor activity space measures 8290.60 square feet, which will accommodate the licensee's current capacity of 40 infants.
The CCC request of adding the new infant room is pending manager review.No deficiencies were issued during today's inspection. Report was reviewed with Program coordinator Jenny Greaney Notice of Site Visit was given. Appeal Rights were provided.
Notice of site visit was provided as required by Health and Safety Code Section 1596.817 and must remain posted in a prominent publicly accessible area in the center for 30 days, or a civil penalty of $100.00 will apply.
