| Through staff statements and documents, LPA discovered that a site supervisor(S#2) was the staff who covered and was in charge during the directors absence during the aforementioned week.
Through the staff interviews LPA discovered. CCC staff have observed the former director present at the CCC for about 2 to 3 days out of the week in the year of 2025. Staff interviews also revealed interim director or S#3 were present and providing guidance at the CCC when the former director was absent.
LPA conducted parent interviews of formerly, and currently enrolled children. In total there were 5 parents interviewed. Most parent stated they were not aware of who the CCC director was during the time their child attended the CCC.
Regarding Allegation#2, children constantly crying. As mentioned LPA interviewed parents. The interviews revealed most parents have not observed children crying constantly at the CCC.
LPA interviewed CCC staff. The interviews revealed, there is a policy that CCC staff need to follow when a child is constantly crying. However, when asked if there have been a recent situation where a child or children are constantly crying and cannot be consoled, CCC staff stated no. LPA also reviewed a standard of conduct agreement. The aforementioned agreement, informs staff, how they need to use positive methods when guiding a child.
Although allegation#1 and #2 may or may have occurred or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the violation did or did not occur. Therefore, this allegation is UNSUBSTANTIATED
